What delivery options do you offer?

After your purchase, our team prepares your parcel within 48 hours (business days). Several delivery options are available:

Delivery in France within 1 to 2 business days via DHL Express.

Delivery in Europe and worldwide within 2 to 4 business days via DHL Express.

We undertake to ship your item within 48 hours on business days.

Once the item has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow your parcel.

Metropolitan France: delivery is free for all purchases of €500 or more.
For purchases under €500, a €15 delivery fee applies.
Europe (excluding France): a €30 delivery fee applies. Please note that for shipments outside the European Union, the customer is responsible upon delivery for any taxes, customs duties, VAT or other charges in addition to the purchase price paid to Secondement and the delivery fee.
Outside Europe: a €60 delivery fee applies. Please note that for shipments outside the EU, the customer is responsible upon delivery for any taxes, customs duties, VAT or other charges in addition to the purchase price paid to Secondement and the delivery fee. All shipments are tracked and require a signature upon delivery.
