What is the return policy at Secondement?
We accept returns for items sold in France and the European Union within 14 days of receiving your package.
The bag must be in the same condition as when purchased, as indicated on our website, and the security seal on the bag must not be cut or removed.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility (18 Euros in Mainland France, 30 Euros in other EU countries).
